J&P have aquired 30% of SMG, a stainless steel processor in Germany. SMG is in need of Know-how and capital for restructuring – J&P provides both. SMG ist a suppiere to the chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental equipment industry as well as the general machinery industry. They supply components manufactured of stainless steel. In the past the main products were stainless steel flanges. For standard products supplieres from India and China now dominate the markets. SMG is transforming to a specialty products supplier made of stainless steel, where speed, flexibility, on-time delivery and quality are the determining factors.
